Privacy Policy
Chance Studio provides private photo booth galleries for event guests.
Information we collect
When a guest voluntarily chooses Text My Photos, we collect the mobile phone number the guest enters for the sole purpose of sending the requested photo-gallery link.
How we use mobile information
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are used only to deliver the requested Chance Studio photo link. We do not sell mobile information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers such as Twilio (SMS delivery) and Cloudflare (gallery hosting) may process information only as needed to provide those services.
SMS program
Message frequency is one message per photo-delivery request. A guest may initiate another request at a later time. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Choice and retention
SMS consent is optional and is not required to use the photo booth or retrieve photos by QR code. Chance Studio does not use guest mobile numbers for recurring marketing.
